Prepare for your portrait session:

· Don’t try a new hairstyle for your portraits.
· Girls, have your hair cut around 2 weeks before your session date.
· Boys, have your hair cut 1 week before your session date
· If you wear glasses, you’ll want to be photographed in them. Have your optometrist give you a pair of empty frames to wear during your portraits.
· Girls, make-up will affect the way your portraits look, go for either the Natural or the Evening look.
· Boys, fresh shave, fresh shave, fresh shave!
· Bring your hobby related things: art supplies, books, musical instrument, bike, skateboard, cheerleading and/or athletic outfits.

Tell the world who you are through your Casual Portraits!

· Informal portraits allow for a lot more variety in clothing, style and color.

· Girls may choose to wear a dress, favorite sports outfit, shorts, jeans, khakis or even your prom dress.

· Boys may choose to wear jeans, a suit, khakis, sports outfit or a letter jacket.

· Remember to stick with a simple, solid colored top.

· If you prefer back and white portraits, please wear a simple black top.

· Please bring at least one extra outfit.

Outdoor portraits can be fun!

· For outdoor portraits, you should wear a casual, earth tone outfit.

· When it comes to clothes, keep it simple, solid colors photograph well!

· Love the outdoors? Bring along your motorcycle, car, hiking, and/or cycling related items.


Most importantly, come prepared to have fun!
